Getting Started at Coldwell Banker

Just wanted to touch base about my recent switch from RE/MAX Heritage to Coldwell Banker.  I really loved my old office, but I’m very excited about getting access to all of the wonderful technology available to me at Coldwell Banker.  Some of the things I’ve noticed since joining Coldwell Banker are:

Great weekly meeting discussing most recent market trends (and there are significant market developments each week right now).  We also cover great new marketing strategies for this changing market.

A team of technology experts to assist in my beginning to master of the loads of technology available to Coldwell Banker agents.  I plan on taking full advantage of what Coldwell Banker has to offer.  There are so many learning videos, live streams, etc. to stay ahead of the curve ball.

Desk Tools/App covering every aspect of real estate including marketing pieces, listing presentations, market data trend apps, calendaring, various marketing packages for properties, financial/accounting resources, close connections to lenders, close connections to title companies, communication with regional management and so much more.

Change can be challenging, but it’s so much easier when you’re excited about the endless possibilities.  Kate
